The best AI CRMs, compared on what the AI actually does in them

The best CRM with artificial intelligence depends on one thing, what you want the AI to do inside your database. For a team that wants a tool designed around AI from the start, Attio is the clearest choice on the market. For an SME that wants a full platform and a huge ecosystem, HubSpot stays ahead. For a tight budget and a simple pipeline, Pipedrive does the job at 14 euros a seat. For a French company that cares about where its data lives and which model touches it, Sellsy is the only one here that ticks both boxes.

Here are the eight AI CRMs, their prices taken from vendor pages in September 2026, the model behind each AI, and the question almost nobody asks before signing.

How this comparison was built

Five criteria, stated before the first name. They are deliberately few, because a fifteen-column comparison is unreadable and decides nothing.

  • The real seat price, taken from the vendor's pricing page and dated to the month, with AI billing counted separately.
  • How the AI is billed, because a credit bundle and outcome-based pricing do not compare, and one of the two runs away with volume.
  • The underlying model, when the vendor publishes it. It is the least available piece of information in this market and the most useful.
  • Hosting and vendor identity, checked on the pricing or trust page, never on a flag pasted onto a homepage.
  • What the AI is allowed to write into the database, and whether you can take that right away. That is the real differentiator in this category.

On transparency, here is the exact position. Tandem works in Attio every day, and has deployed agents wired into HubSpot at several clients, with post-call record enrichment and automated tickets. Tandem also delivered eight Microsoft Copilot agents inside a full Microsoft 365 environment at the infrastructure fund InfraVia, but not inside Dynamics 365. We have not deployed Agentforce Sales, Pipedrive, Zoho or Sellsy at a client. For those four, the opinion rests on documentation, pricing pages and public reviews, and that is stated each time. Our method for wiring agents into a CRM lives in our roundup of AI use cases in business.

1. Attio, the CRM built around AI

Attio homepage announcing a CRM that advances pipeline around the clock
Attio's homepage no longer talks about records or contacts, it talks about agent-driven revenue. The shift in vocabulary says a lot about what they sell.

Attio is a British CRM built for teams that found Salesforce too heavy and Pipedrive too rigid. Its distinctive feature is the data model, fully configurable, where you define your own objects instead of accepting the vendor's. AI arrived early and quietly, in email sync, automatic company enrichment and an assistant that queries the database in plain language.

Key features

  • The data model is shaped object by object, so you can track investors, candidates or partners in the same base as customers.
  • Mailbox and calendar sync build the account timeline with no manual entry.
  • Enrichment attaches a company to its public data as soon as a domain enters the database.
  • The Ask Attio assistant answers a pipeline question using whatever you are currently looking at.
  • Agents run routine tasks on records, metered by credits per seat and per workspace.

Underlying model and limits

Attio is the only vendor in this comparison that publishes what runs under its assistant. Its engineering blog states that Ask Attio runs across several providers, Anthropic, Vertex AI and OpenAI, with automatic request-level failover between them. The limit sits elsewhere. Attio has no marketing automation, no customer service and no invoicing. It is a CRM, not a platform, and the rest has to be wired around it.

Pricing

A free tier covers three seats and 50,000 records. Beyond that, Attio's pricing page shows 31 euros per seat per month on annual billing for Plus, 74 euros for Pro and custom pricing for Enterprise, as of September 2026. AI credits are included, 500 per seat on Plus and 1,000 on Pro, plus a separate workspace pool.

What users say

Attio scores 4.3 out of 5 on around 480 G2 reviews in September 2026. The recurring compliment is interface speed and the freedom of the data model. The recurring complaint is the absence of marketing features and the seat price, which climbs quickly once the whole company moves in.

My take on Attio

This is our CRM at Tandem, and I would pick it again without hesitating. What settled it was not the AI, it was the data model. We track engagements, candidates and partners in the same views, and no other tool in this list allows that without development work. The assistant mostly serves to find an account and prepare a meeting, not to write. I had already put it first in the CRM category of my carousel on AI tools for sales, published in December 2025. The vendor raised 52 million dollars in a Series B led by GV in August 2025, which is reassuring for the road ahead.

2. HubSpot, the platform that bills its AI per outcome

HubSpot French homepage presenting its agentic customer platform for marketing, sales and customer service
HubSpot no longer sells a CRM but a platform in four parts. That is its commercial strength and the source of most invoice surprises.

HubSpot is the CRM most often installed at French SMEs doing inbound marketing, and it is also the one Tandem meets most often on engagements. Its AI layer is called Breeze. It bundles a conversational copilot, autonomous prospecting and customer service agents, and writing features scattered through the product.

Key features

  • CRM, marketing, customer service and invoicing share one database, which no other tool in this list matches at that level of integration.
  • The prospecting agent finds accounts, prepares a sequence and hands it to the account owner.
  • The customer service agent answers inbound requests and is billed only on resolved conversations.
  • The copilot writes emails, summarises an account and fills fields from recorded exchanges.
  • More than fifteen hundred integrations cover roughly everything an SME already runs.

Underlying model and limits

HubSpot does not publish which model powers Breeze, which is a gap for a tool that writes in place of your sales reps. The real limit sits in the pricing structure. Onboarding is mandatory and billed once, 1,470 euros on the Pro plan and 3,420 euros on Enterprise. Many projects discover that line at signature.

Pricing

Free tools cover two users. Beyond that, the Sales Hub pricing page shows 20 euros per licence per month on monthly billing for Starter, 90 euros for Pro on annual billing and from 150 euros for Enterprise, as of September 2026. Each plan carries credits, 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Enterprise, and extra credits cost 9 euros per thousand. Since April 2026, both agents are billed per outcome, 50 credits per resolved conversation and 100 credits per recommended lead, so roughly 0.45 and 0.90 euro.

What users say

HubSpot Sales Hub scores 4.4 out of 5 on around 13,900 G2 reviews in September 2026, the second largest review base in this comparison. The recurring compliment is ease of adoption and support quality. The recurring complaint is total cost, between tiers, extra licences and mandatory onboarding.

My take on HubSpot

This is the CRM I have wired the most agents into, and it holds that role very well. At one SaaS platform we audited, automatic record enrichment after a meeting filled more than thirty HubSpot fields with no double entry, and that single workstream represented several thousand hours a year across the company. I described that sync mechanic in my edition on what I learned supporting sales teams. What I would do differently is not to take the Breeze agents by default. They are convenient and expensive, and a custom build usually lands well below.

3. Agentforce Sales, the heavyweight that changed its name

Salesforce French product page showing Agentforce Sales, formerly Sales Cloud, with its conversational assistant
The label "formerly Sales Cloud" is still on the product page. The data model underneath has not moved.

Salesforce renamed Sales Cloud to Agentforce Sales, announced at Dreamforce 2025 and formalised in the Spring 26 release. The tool remains the most widely deployed CRM in the world among large accounts, and the most configurable. The rename reflects a deliberate shift towards autonomous agents laid over the existing data model.

Key features

  • Configuration goes as far as industry-specific objects, rules and automations, with no practical ceiling.
  • Agentforce agents qualify prospects, prepare meetings and draft follow-ups at every stage of the cycle.
  • Data Cloud unifies customer data from the whole information system before exposing it to the agents.
  • Conversation intelligence analyses calls and feeds team coaching.
  • The partner and app ecosystem has no equivalent on the market.

Underlying model and limits

Salesforce runs Agentforce on its own orchestration layer, fed by several models depending on the task, without publishing a detailed mapping. The limit is total cost of ownership. An Agentforce Sales rollout needs an integrator, a dedicated administrator and several months. For an SME with twenty reps, that budget dwarfs the licence.

Pricing

The French pricing page shows 25 euros per user per month on annual billing for Starter Suite, 100 euros for Pro Suite, 175 euros for Enterprise, 350 euros for Unlimited and 550 euros for Agentforce 1 Sales, as of September 2026. Agent usage is paid in Flex credits, whose unit price is not published. On the lower editions Agentforce is a paid option, not an inclusion.

What users say

Agentforce Sales scores 4.4 out of 5 on around 25,400 G2 reviews in September 2026, by far the largest review base here. The recurring compliment is functional depth and the ability to absorb any process. The recurring complaint is complexity, dependence on an administrator and price.

My take on Agentforce Sales

Tandem has not deployed Agentforce Sales at a client, so I stick to what documentation and reviews make verifiable. What I do observe in our audits is that companies already on Salesforce do not leave it, and they are right. The cost of migrating a historic database almost always exceeds the licence saving. The right question about this tool is not whether to go there, but whether Flex credits will hold your volume.

4. Pipedrive, the pipeline without the complexity

Pipedrive French homepage presenting its sales pipeline tracking and built-in AI
Pipedrive advertises GDPR compliance right on its homepage, which is rare for a CRM vendor. It is Estonian, so European.

Pipedrive came out of a simple idea, a CRM that shows the pipeline and nothing else. Fifteen years later the tool has gained modules but kept that clarity. It is the CRM I recommend most often to teams of fewer than ten reps who are leaving a spreadsheet and have no marketing requirement.

Key features

  • The column pipeline view is still the most readable on the market, and it is learned in a morning.
  • The sales assistant flags deals that are stalling and suggests the next action to take.
  • The email generator drafts a message from the context of the current deal.
  • Reports are built in plain language from the entry-level plan up.
  • More than five hundred integrations cover the usual tooling of a sales team.

Underlying model and limits

Pipedrive publicly states that it relies on OpenAI and on internal engines for its AI features. The vendor is Estonian and highlights its compliance with European data rules. The limit is ambition. Pipedrive's AI assists, it does not act. No autonomous agent writes into the database on your behalf, which is a flaw if you are looking for that, and a quality if you are not.

Pricing

Pipedrive's pricing page shows 14 euros per seat per month on annual billing for Lite, 39 euros for Growth, 59 euros for Premium and 79 euros for Ultimate, as of September 2026. AI features are included in the plans, with no credit meter, which makes the invoice predictable. Add-on modules are billed separately, from 13 euros a month.

What users say

Pipedrive scores 4.3 out of 5 on around 3,170 G2 reviews and 4.5 on around 3,000 Capterra reviews in September 2026. The recurring compliment is simplicity and the ratio between price and what the tool does. The recurring complaint is the add-on modules, which inflate a bill sold as simple.

My take on Pipedrive

Tandem has not deployed it on an engagement, so I stick to what is verifiable. What I can say is that I meet it often at teams who actually use it, and that criterion matters more than people think. A CRM that is full at 14 euros beats a CRM that is empty at 90. If you want AI that acts, look elsewhere. If you want a clean pipeline your reps will keep up to date, it is an excellent starting point.

5. folk, the light CRM for teams who sell through their network

folk homepage presenting a CRM that captures the full context of customer relationships
folk targets roles where the relationship matters more than the process, agencies, funds and partnership teams. The product is built for that.

folk is a Paris CRM, created in 2020 inside the eFounders studio by Thibaud Elzière, Jean-Yves Poilleux and Simo Lemhandez. The tool starts from the contact book rather than the sales funnel, which makes it relevant for an agency, an investment fund or a partnerships team. It raised 2.8 million euros in seed funding led by Accel in September 2021.

Key features

  • The browser extension imports a profile and its context from LinkedIn in one click.
  • Magic fields fill a whole column with AI, from an instruction written in plain language.
  • The follow-up assistant spots conversations going quiet and suggests a fitting message.
  • The research assistant produces a context note on a company before a meeting.
  • Sync covers Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, which is rare.

Underlying model and limits

folk names two data partners on its product page, People Data Labs for enrichment and Perplexity for research notes. The limit is depth. folk has no serious sales forecasting, no quota management and no complex automation. Beyond roughly fifteen reps with a formalised process, the tool becomes narrow.

Pricing

folk's pricing page shows 22 euros per member per month on annual billing for Standard, 43 euros for Premium and from 67 euros for Enterprise, as of September 2026. Each plan includes monthly credits per member, 500 for enrichment and 2,000 for AI fields on Standard. There is no permanent free tier.

What users say

folk scores 4.5 out of 5 on around 340 G2 reviews in September 2026, the best score in this comparison on a modest review base. The recurring compliment is interface clarity and setup speed, often counted in hours. The recurring complaint is the enrichment credit ceiling, reached quickly by an active team.

My take on folk

I put it among the three CRMs worth knowing in my carousel on the AI sales stack, and I stand by it. It is the tool I recommend to an agency or a fund that wants to leave the spreadsheet without spending three weeks on configuration. Tandem has not deployed it at a client, our need for custom objects took us elsewhere. The thing to watch is the dependence on purchased enrichment, which becomes a cost line as soon as the database grows.

6. Zoho CRM, the widest coverage at the lowest price

Zoho CRM French homepage announcing an AI CRM and stating that data is stored in a data centre located in the European Union
The European data centre notice appears right inside the signup form. It is an argument Zoho pushes hard in France.

Zoho CRM belongs to a suite of more than fifty applications, which explains its unbeatable feature-to-price ratio. The assistant is called Zia. It scores leads, predicts deals, detects activity anomalies and drafts emails. Zoho also offers its own AI agents, to be built and deployed across every app in the suite.

Key features

  • Zia scores leads and predicts win probability from the history already in the database.
  • Anomaly detection flags an account whose activity drifts from its usual pattern.
  • Configuration covers fields, modules, workflows and even the associated business applications.
  • The suite bundles invoicing, support, marketing and accounting without a third party.
  • A free edition covers three users, which lets you test on a real dataset.

Underlying model and limits

Zoho does not publish the detail of the models behind Zia, but the vendor communicates heavily on its in-house models and on European hosting for European customers. The limit is usability. Zoho does everything, and that is paid for in interface density. Sales teams that dislike their tool do not fill it in, and that is the first risk of this choice.

Pricing

Zoho's pricing page shows 14 euros per user per month on annual billing for Standard, 23 euros for Professional, 40 euros for Enterprise and 52 euros for Ultimate, as of September 2026. Note that this page localises by country, and the currency has to be switched to euros to see those amounts. The most useful AI features start at the Professional edition.

What users say

Zoho CRM scores 4.1 out of 5 on around 2,900 G2 reviews and 4.3 on around 6,800 Capterra reviews in September 2026. The recurring compliment is the ratio between price and functional coverage. The recurring complaint is support quality and a configuration complexity that often calls for an integrator.

My take on Zoho CRM

Tandem has not deployed it on an engagement, so I stick to the verifiable. My overall view is that Zoho is an excellent economic choice and a poor adoption choice. If your problem is covering ten processes for thirty users under 500 euros a month, nothing beats it. If your problem is getting your reps to open the tool every morning, look at Pipedrive or folk first.

7. Sellsy, the French CRM whose AI runs on Mistral

Sellsy homepage presenting its French all-in-one sales management and invoicing solution
Sellsy has joined the TeamSystem group, which shows right on the homepage. Hosting and the team remain French.

Sellsy is a vendor from La Rochelle covering CRM, invoicing and cash management in a single tool. It is the only one here that ticks the three boxes a cautious French company cares about, hosting in France, a European AI model and electronic invoicing compliance. The 2026 regulatory context makes that last point less anecdotal than it looks.

Key features

  • CRM and invoicing share one database, so a signed quote becomes an invoice with no re-entry.
  • Record enrichment draws on the SIRENE registry, which makes customer legal data reliable.
  • Sellsy IA summarises a customer record and drafts targeted emails from the account history.
  • Follow-ups and automations are configured without code from ready-made templates.
  • The client portal gives the end customer a view of their documents, which cuts inbound chasing.

Underlying model and limits

Sellsy is the only vendor in this comparison that names its model provider. The vendor announced a partnership with Mistral, with data hosted in Europe and never reused to train the models. The limit is the scope of that AI, which stays deliberately modest. It summarises and it drafts. It does not score, does not predict and does not act alone in the database.

Pricing

The Sales licence pricing shows 29 euros excluding tax per user per month on annual billing for Standard, 49 euros for Evolution and 79 euros for Elite, as of September 2026. A minimum of two users and a twelve-month commitment are required. Sellsy IA becomes unlimited from the Evolution plan up, with a fair-use ceiling of 100,000 credits a year.

What users say

Sellsy scores 4.2 out of 5 on around 66 Capterra reviews in September 2026, a far smaller review base than the American players, and that caveat matters. The recurring compliment is having the quote, the invoice and the CRM in one place. The recurring complaint is price relative to scope and the twelve-month commitment.

My take on Sellsy

Tandem has not deployed it at a client, so I stick to what is verifiable. My overall view is that people should stop choosing Sellsy for its AI and start choosing it for what it is, a complete French sales management tool. The Mistral argument is real and well documented, but the AI does less here than elsewhere. On the other hand, if a finance director asks you where your customer data goes, this is the shortest answer in the list.

8. Dynamics 365 Sales, the default choice in Microsoft shops

Dynamics 365 Sales French pricing page showing the Professional and Enterprise plans and the Copilot credits tab
The "Copilot credits" tab next to "Base plans" sums up the business model. The licence is no longer the final price.

Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft's CRM, and its main argument is not its features but its environment. If your company lives in Microsoft 365, with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook, sales data joins the same security and governance base. Copilot moves from one application to the next, which no other vendor in this list can offer.

Key features

  • Copilot summarises an account, prepares a meeting and drafts emails from inside Outlook and Teams.
  • Sales data inherits the governance and compliance rules already in place in the tenant.
  • Sales Insights adds scoring, recommended actions and data enrichment on the Premium plan.
  • Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is native, through a dedicated offer.
  • Power Platform extends the CRM with internal applications without starting from scratch.

Underlying model and limits

Copilot runs on the models served by Azure, without Microsoft publishing a task-by-task mapping. The limit is twofold. Billing is shifting towards consumption, with Copilot credits included only on the Premium plan and the rest charged on usage. And the tool needs an integrator, like Salesforce, which effectively rules out teams under twenty reps.

Pricing

The French pricing page shows 56.30 euros excluding tax per user per month on annual billing for Sales Professional, 91.00 euros for Sales Enterprise and 130.00 euros for Sales Premium, as of September 2026. Only the Premium plan includes 1,000 Copilot credits per user per month. Beyond that, credits are bought on consumption or by prepaid commitment, with a discount announced up to 20 %.

What users say

Dynamics 365 Sales scores 3.8 out of 5 on around 1,620 G2 reviews in September 2026, the lowest score in this comparison. The recurring compliment is integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and data governance. The recurring complaint is usability and the weight of initial configuration.

My take on Dynamics 365 Sales

Tandem has not deployed Dynamics at a client, so I stick to the verifiable. We did deliver eight Microsoft Copilot agents at a European infrastructure fund, InfraVia, in a complete Microsoft 365 environment. What that engagement taught me applies here. In a Microsoft shop, the question is not whether Copilot is the best assistant on the market, but how much friction you spare yourself by staying inside the same security perimeter. The answer is usually, a lot.

Which AI CRM should you pick for your situation

Positioning map of the eight AI CRMs by seat price and depth of configuration, with Attio highlighted in coral
The empty top-left quadrant is the most instructive. An expensive CRM that cannot be configured has no argument left.
  • You are leaving a spreadsheet, fewer than ten reps. Take Pipedrive at 14 euros a seat, or folk if your business runs on a network rather than a funnel.
  • You do inbound marketing and want a platform. HubSpot, with the mandatory onboarding built into the first-year budget.
  • You want a custom data model with no development. Attio, without hesitation. It is the only one here that handles that natively.
  • Your data has to stay in France. Sellsy, which hosts in France and runs its AI on a European model.
  • You already live in Microsoft 365. Dynamics 365 Sales, for governance continuity more than for features.
  • You have more than a hundred reps and heavy business processes. Agentforce Sales, with a dedicated integrator and administrator.
  • You want the widest coverage at the lowest cost. Zoho CRM, accepting the configuration effort and the adoption risk.

What nobody says about AI CRMs

An AI CRM on a dirty database is still a dirty database

This is the most obvious point and the most ignored. None of these eight tools guesses what your reps did not enter. A CRM's AI works on what is written, on synced emails and on transcribed calls. A database where half the deals have neither amount nor close date will produce decorative scoring. The first step of an AI CRM project is never the AI, it is wiring the sources that fill the database with no human effort.

The highest-return lever there is syncing meeting note-takers. In almost every case those tools write into the CRM, fill the fields, create a summary note and attach the transcript to the account. We compared the main ones in our roundup of the best AI meeting note-takers, and that is the first workstream I recommend before switching anything else on.

The seat price no longer tells you the price of the CRM

Five of the eight vendors here bill AI on top of the licence. Attio and folk bundle credits per seat, which stays readable. HubSpot sells credits at 9 euros per thousand and bills its agents per outcome. Salesforce charges Flex credits whose unit price is not published. Microsoft includes Copilot credits only on its most expensive plan. Only two bill AI at zero marginal cost, Pipedrive inside its plans and Sellsy from its Evolution offer up.

The third layer, where the AI writes

Three levels of AI need to be told apart in a CRM, because they carry neither the same risk nor the same rollout time. The first fills, with call summaries and enriched fields. The second reads, with account summaries and questions asked in plain language. The third acts, writing into the database, moving a deal stage or sending a follow-up. The first two ship in days and upset nobody. The third changes the nature of the tool.

Diagram of the three layers of artificial intelligence in a CRM, fill, read and act, with a human approval gate on the third
The question to ask in a demo is about the third column. Ask to see how you take away the agent's right to write.

I filmed that limit while building an autonomous prospecting agent. It enriches the lead, scores it, drafts the outreach script and updates the CRM. On the first three tools I left it on automatic execution. On the last one, the tool that writes into the CRM, I switched it to manual approval. That is not a demo precaution, it is the setting I keep in production. The full walkthrough is in my video on the autonomous AI agent.

The agent chains four tools. Watch the last one, the CRM update, left on manual approval while the other three run on their own.

The practical consequence is simple. When a vendor sells an agent that works inside your CRM, the first question is not what it can do. It is how you take away its right to write, field by field, and what stays traceable once it has. The eight tools here do not answer that the same way, and none of them puts the answer on its homepage.

Slide from the December 2025 LinkedIn carousel covering the CRM category, showing Attio, HubSpot and folk
I kept only three names on that slide in December 2025. Nine months on, they still hold, but the noise around them has doubled.

One last point comparisons forget. The CRM is no longer the only place your sales data lives, and it no longer needs to be the only entry point. On several of our engagements the conversation layer sits elsewhere, in an internal assistant wired to the CRM, the mailbox and the documents. I described that setup in my edition on classic AI use cases in business. That shifts the selection criterion. A CRM with a good programming interface beats a CRM with the prettiest built-in assistant.

So which AI CRM should you buy in 2026?

If you were to keep three names, here are mine. Attio for a team that wants a data model of its own and an AI that stays out of the way. HubSpot for an SME that wants marketing and sales in one place, budgeting the mandatory onboarding from year one. Sellsy for a French company that must be able to say where its data is and which model touches it.

But the tool choice will not decide your outcome. What will decide it is how much data enters the database without a human typing it. A middling CRM that is well fed beats an excellent CRM that is half empty, every time. Start by wiring the mailbox, the calendar and the note-taker, then look at what the AI can draw from it. That work depends on no vendor, and it is most of the distance.

Tandem supports sales teams through that framing, from tool selection to wiring the agents. If you want to know what can be automated at your company before buying anything, start with an AI audit of your processes. If the framing is done and you are looking for delivery, our Autopilote offer covers building and running these agents. For the execution layer sitting on top of the CRM, we compared the best AI tools for sales teams and detailed how to automate LinkedIn prospecting.

This comparison is rechecked every quarter, including prices, whether the tools still exist, review scores and screenshots. The last check was September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI CRM in 2026?

There is no single one, because the need changes everything. Attio is the most complete on native AI and a custom data model, from 31 euros a seat. HubSpot stays ahead if you want marketing and sales in one place. Pipedrive wins on price-to-simplicity, at 14 euros. Sellsy is the only one hosting in France with a European model.

How much does a CRM with AI cost?

Budget between 14 and 130 euros per user per month in September 2026, depending on the tool and the plan. On top comes AI billing at five of the eight vendors here, in credits or per outcome. HubSpot sells credits at 9 euros per thousand and bills its agents around 0.45 euro per resolved conversation. HubSpot also requires mandatory onboarding of 1,470 euros on its Pro plan.

Is there a French AI CRM?

Yes, two appear in this comparison. Sellsy, based in La Rochelle, hosts its data in France and runs its AI on Mistral, with no data reused to train the models. folk is based in Paris, created in 2020 inside the eFounders studio, and relies on People Data Labs and Perplexity for its enrichment and research features. Pipedrive, from Estonia, is the third European player in the list.

Should you let AI write into the CRM?

Not at the start. Tell three layers apart. AI that fills fields after a call and AI that summarises an account carry almost no risk and ship in days. AI that writes into the database on its own, moves a deal stage or sends a follow-up changes the nature of the tool. On our own agents, writing into the CRM stays on manual approval, even when the rest runs autonomously.

What is the difference between an AI CRM and an AI prospecting tool?

The CRM is the system of record where customer data lives, with its history, its deals and its access rights. Prospecting, enrichment and sequencing tools are execution tools that feed that system and read from it. The two categories are chosen separately and wired together. A good CRM with a good programming interface beats a CRM that claims to do everything alone.
