AI training: from trial run to habit.

Licenses paid, usage stalled. Our AI training starts from each team's real tasks, on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, until AI is a daily habit.

What we see

The tool is there. The habit isn't yet.

A license never trained anyone. Here's what we find in most companies, before the first session.

01

Accounts open, little use

An email rephrased, a meeting summarized, and that's about it. Then the weekly rush took over.

02

Pioneers and bystanders

Two or three colleagues save hours. The rest don't dare, or don't know where to start.

03

Generic training

Someone showed your teams how to write a poem with ChatGPT. Nobody showed them how to use it on their own files.

Copilot mode

AI at everyone's side, every day.

In practice, an AI works alongside each person on your team. It drafts, summarizes, searches and translates. People keep control and make the call.

Our AI training doesn't stop at the tool. It aims for the reflex: the moment your teams open the assistant without thinking, like their inbox.

Whatever the platform

Our method

Observe, equip, train. In that order.

Good AI training starts before the first session. We start from each team's real work, build the right agents, then train everyone to use them day to day.

Step 01

Observe the real work

Real use cases, internal vocabulary, everyday tools: we spend time with each team before suggesting anything.

Step 02

Equip every role

Cross-functional agents for the whole team, and tailor-made agents for each role, ready on training day.

Cross-functional  writing, summaries, translation
By role  SDR, support, HR, finance

Step 03

Train on real work

Hands-on with their own files, best practices, usage tracking: adoption is built, not decreed.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't AI training just prompting?

No. Prompts are the first hour. Our AI training starts from each team's tasks, equips your people with assistants plugged into your data and tools, then tracks usage over time. To pick the assistant, see our AI assistant comparison.

Does my data stay confidential?

Yes. We work on enterprise plans that don't train models on your data, and we scope access with your IT team before any rollout.

How soon are my teams up and running?

First real usage shows up within a few weeks. We start with one or two high-impact teams, then expand role by role.

Will my teams actually use it?

That's the whole point, and it's what we measure. We start from concrete use cases, train on your teams' own files and track adoption. A tool nobody opens is worthless. Our Microsoft Copilot guide walks through 7 concrete use cases, app by app.

AI training or AI automation: which do you need?

AI training makes each person faster: AI drafts, searches and summarizes on request, and they stay in the loop (that's copilot mode). AI automation runs a process end to end and only calls on your teams at decision points (autopilot mode). Our guide to workflows, assistants and AI agents helps you pick the right level.
