AI coaching for executives

A standing one-to-one appointment with someone who builds AI all week long, for companies like yours. You stay ahead of a subject that goes stale in a quarter.

The problem

What you know about AI is six months old

A seminar brings you up to speed on a Tuesday. By the next quarter half of it has moved, and you are a spectator in the conversation again. AI isn't something you catch up on, it's something you follow.

01

Your calendar sets the agenda

A committee that is stuck, a project to arbitrate, a team pushing its own tool. The session starts from what is on your desk, not from a syllabus.

02

A practitioner, not a commentator

The person across from you ships AI projects to production all year long. Whatever they show you is already running for someone.

03

What is said stays between us

A budget, a doubt about a team, a call you would never put on a committee agenda. That is what one-to-one is for.

The rhythm

One hour a month beats two days a year

AI does not move in annual steps. Between two of your committee meetings a model changes generation, a tool you had ruled out becomes relevant again, a compliance rule firms up. A standing appointment puts you in the rhythm of the subject instead of chasing it.

What keeps coming up in sessions

The sessions

Suggestions, not a syllabus

There is no standard path. Here is what executives ask for most often, to be taken in whatever order and at whatever pace suits you. Count on an hour as a rule, less for a watch update, more when we are building.

01≈ 1 hr

Get back up to speed, fast

Where AI actually stands, what changed this quarter, what is still a demo. Enough to stop being a spectator when the subject lands on the table.

02≈ 1 hr

What is possible in your company

Your business, your teams, your current tools. What is doable now, what will be in six months, what will stay wishful thinking. The market's tools get scrutinised along the way.

03≈ 1 hr

Building your own agents

We build the agents that take over your repetitive work, live in the session. You don't leave with notes, you leave with something that runs.

04≈ 1 hr

Your daily practice

Your real files, opened live. Committee notes, trade-offs, summaries, delicate replies. This is where the time saved shows up fastest.

05≈ 1 hr

The watch, already filtered

What shipped since last time, and what it changes for you. The filtering happens before the session, so it doesn't eat your Sundays.

06≈ 1 hr

Decide and defend

Budgets, risk, data, organisation. Enough to choose between two projects and hold the discussion in front of a board.

A subject that isn't on this list?Let's talk

Across from you

Someone who builds, and can explain it

The word consultant doesn't fit here. You don't need one more opinion about AI, you need someone with their hands in it who can make it legible to you.

They build

Agents, automations, production rollouts for SMBs, mid-caps and funds. All year round, not in demo mode.

They teach

Training non-technical teams is part of the job. Nothing said in a session stays at the level of jargon.

They step back

Real cost, return on investment, effect on the organisation. You get the straight opinion of someone who has watched projects fail too.

Take 30 minutes

What changes

By the end, you decide

You recognise a use case worth pursuing. You say no to a badly framed project. And you defend an AI budget in front of your board with numbers that hold up.

Your company's AI strategy stops depending on whoever is most enthusiastic in the room.

Frequently asked questions

How does executive AI coaching work?

One to one, in sessions of about an hour, at a regular rhythm over several months. There is no standard path and no imposed order. Each session starts from what you are dealing with, and the list of suggested sessions is a starting point, not a syllabus.

Why spread it out instead of an intensive course?

Because the subject moves too fast. What you learn over two days has aged by the next quarter. A standing appointment keeps you current and leaves you time to try things between sessions, on your own files.

Is one hour really enough?

An hour is the format we suggest, because it fits an executive calendar and forces us to the point. Nothing stops a shorter session for a watch update, or a longer one when we build an agent together.

Who runs the sessions?

The same person from start to finish. A practitioner, not a market commentator. They ship AI projects to production for SMBs, mid-caps and funds, and they train non-technical teams. That double role is what matters here, being able to build in front of you and explain what it is worth.

Who is it for?

Executives, founders and leadership team members who have to make calls on AI without following the subject full time. No technical prerequisites. One to one makes room for what you would never raise in a group session, a budget, a reorganisation, a doubt about a team.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. You set the rhythm and you stop the day the sessions stop bringing you anything. The executives who stay do so because the subject keeps moving, not because a contract holds them.

How is this different from standard AI training?

Training delivers a fixed syllabus to a group. Here nothing is fixed, and you are the only one in the room. If your need is to bring whole teams on board, our AI literacy program is the right format.

Concrete results, accelerated growth. Shall we talk?
