Do I need to know how to code?
No. The Claude Chat and Cowork levels are for all business profiles. The Claude Code level requires comfort with digital tools, not a developer background: we regularly train non-technical profiles to build their first agents.
What is the difference between Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code?
Claude Chat is the classic conversational interface. Claude Cowork executes complete tasks on your files and processes. Claude Code builds agents and automations that work autonomously, and has its own Claude Code training. The training covers all three and helps you pick the right mode for each use.
Is the training on site or remote?
Both. Discovery workshops and team tracks work well on site for engagement; technical sessions and ongoing support work very well remotely. We adapt to how your company operates.
How long until teams are autonomous?
A half-day workshop is enough to transform daily Claude Chat usage. Allow 2 to 3 sessions spaced a few weeks apart to anchor Cowork and skills into a team's habits, with exercises on your real cases between sessions. We explain why skills and projects replace the prompt in a dedicated article.
