Case study

How a national joinery player generates its SEO articles in five minutes

A thirteen-field form goes in, an article that is written, illustrated and published as a draft in the CMS comes out. Review and publication remain a human decision.

The challenge

Publishing regularly, across four sections, without losing weeks to it

Sustaining a site's SEO means publishing quality articles regularly across each of the four editorial sections. Every article requires research into reliable sources, writing that complies with the brand's editorial guidelines, a cover image, then technical publishing into the CMS through its API, with several linked entities to create in the right order. A long, manual, multi-tool process: workable article by article, unmanageable as soon as you need to hold a rhythm.

0

editorial sections to feed

Each with its own search intent, tone and audience, to be fed regularly to sustain SEO.

0

manual steps per article

Research into reliable sources, on-brand writing, cover image, then ordered creation of several entities in the CMS.

0%

manual production

A multi-tool process entirely carried by the digital team, slow to run and impossible to scale.

A national joinery player

The client is a French leader in joinery and energy-efficient renovation, backed by a national network of field sales representatives.

Its website, organised into four editorial sections and powered by Drupal 10, is a strategic SEO acquisition channel for the digital team. Content is not a communications exercise here: it is a demand generation lever, with quality and editorial compliance requirements that rule out generic content.

Our approach

A single entry point, and a deliberate stop before going live

The workflow automates eight steps but deliberately stops short of publication. The final say stays with the digital team, by design rather than by caution.

01

A single form as the entry point

Thirteen fields are enough: title, SEO keyword, section, category, search intent, length, H2 and H3 structure, editorial angle. One entry point, no back and forth between tools.

02

Filtered agentic web research

A research agent runs up to six queries, filtered to exclude direct competitors, non-editorial sites and non-French sources.

03

Writing and illustration

A writing agent produces the complete HTML article, strictly respecting the brand's tone, imposed structure and SEO constraints. An image model generates the main photo, resized and compressed for the CMS.

04

Publishing as a draft

The workflow automatically creates every required entity (file, media, paragraphs, article) through the CMS JSON:API, into the right section endpoint, in draft status. Validation and publication stay with the teams.

Results

Three to five minutes per article, one entry point

A single form for the digital team, with no manual back and forth between tools: research, writing, illustration and publishing run back to back automatically, in three to five minutes and for about $0.35 per article, roughly thirty euros for a hundred articles. The workflow always stops at draft status in the CMS: review and publication remain 100 % human validation.
